Responsible for implementing, administration, troubleshooting and maintaining the Cisco switches and routers, firewalls, proxy servers across APAC region.
Design, install & implement the Network infrastructure for the new requirements
Day-to-day administration of network devices and act as escalation contact for the L1/L2 teams to address any network related issues and queries.
Managing & Monitoring Network infrastructure on day to day basis using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, etc..
Work experience in Firewalls like Checkpoint and PIX
Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Local Area Network, Hardware and Software including servers, peripherals, and network nodes.
Installation, configuration and administration of MS Windows 2003/2000 Servers, IIS, Active Directory.
The project was aimed for Kerala State IT Mission, under the Information Technology Department, Government of Kerala. Had worked with implementation of the project on a pilot basis at Malappuram and had been closely with activities like software, Network maintenance and troubleshooting, running campaigns, checking the internet connectivity issues and coordinating other business development activities of the centre.
