Current job description,

•Maintaining strong, mutually understandable and long lasting relationship with client at North East Region
•Handling and managing corporate companies who has annual turnover more than 1.0Bn, current handling portfolio is LKR 2.60Bn.
•Actively participate to manage operational functions, to improve operational efficiency and productivity of North and East region branches where necessary.
•Achieve compliance, audit standards, with parameters set on branch operations within North and East region, conducting processes driven, tasks, updating policies and procedures, etc.
•Any other tasks assigned by Senior Manager depending on the requirements.
•Achieving region's profit targets and key performance indicators while managing costs including operational cost and reduction in loan and overdue
•Assessment of credit process (processing loan applications, monitoring loans an ongoing basis) of 9 branches which includes credit evaluations, credit granting, and disbursements, & follow-up collections and recoveries.
•Conducting writing credit appraisals, finalizing risks ratings, narratives/credit notes for credit approvals
•Monitoring covenants on a regular basis, performing validations, and highlighting early warning signals
