Key Result Areas:
•Inter-department coordination for production scheduling and design confirmation. This includes coordination with stores dept, purchase dept and accounts for raw material procurement and coordination with marketing and project team for finished goods delivery scheduling and manpower deployment
•Scheduling shop floor activities for custom and batch production
•Coordinating HR related activities like skill and performance assessment, application for permits and gate passes visa and contract renewal activities, Etc.
•Directing the design team for making MACs, shop drawing according to the approved layout/IFC
•Verifying riders for CNC dept and reading BOM for all manufacturing orders.
•Conducting client meetings and recording minutes of meetings. Conducting and coordinating weekly meetings and reporting GM and Operations manager. This includes sending meeting agenda to various departments and recording the minutes and following up with subsequent meetings.

•Updated accessories for existing line of products for better reliability
•Repair and retrofit existing CNC and welding machines for extending the service life and reducing
•Refreshed design of the existing product line for better performance and reliability
•Introduction of order tracking system using google sheets
•In-house tool and dies development for production
