Role & Responsibilities:
•Taking care of sales for Re-Export (Russia), Export and UAE(Local) for NISSAN Spare parts.
•Generate Sales by interacting with customer through mail, call, visit and business meeting.
•Getting Inquiries and giving Quotation with best and very competitive price and converting it to order and arrange delivery with all supportive documents (Invoice, Commercial Invoice, PL ETC ) as required.
•Taking care of payment as per the Company norms and Controlling the customer’s Statement of Accounts, and reconcile it.
•Taking Care of all claims (Shortage, Excess, Damages and Returns)
(e.g. Booking, Container Stuffing, FCR creating, Bill processing etc.)
•Auditing in CS, FCR, SO and CBL.
•Import/Export documentation
•Tracking & Tracing
•Customer relation ( Solving all types of problem regarding CS, FCR, SO and CBL)
Role & Responsibilities:
•Taking care of sales for local territory, forwarding and clearing the shipment.
•Responsible for the day-to-day routines of a 15, 000 sq. ft warehouse and a fast moving inventory which consisted of 4500 item headings, encompassing Motor Transport, Technical, General Stores.
•Updated and improved the Standing Operating Procedures and Technical Procedures for the warehouse..
•Responsible for the production department’s transport, logistics, supply and re-supply, goods-in and
out, export, documentation, production schedules and customer support.
•Dealing with all customer requests, requirements, complaints etc.
•Analyzed manufacturing and material availabilities against customer demand.
•Ordering tools, goods and equipment, booking-in goods, raising delivery notes and purchase orders
