At PIT Solutions India Pvt Ltd, I am working as a Solution Architect for the E-commerce business unit. In this team, we are helping our clients with E-commerce solutions for their web stores using technologies such as SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce commerce cloud, Magento, Typo 3 etc. I am managing 7 teams who are well versed in the technology stacks mentioned above. My primary responsibility is to design the software solution for the business requirements based on the budget and prepare the software development framework. I closely monitor the development and conducts code reviews, Goals/Milestone assessment and prepare for demos, planning and execution of System Integration testing, User Acceptance Testing, Vulnerability testing and development to production. After go-live we align teams for hypercare and training of clients support team.
I have 15+ years of hands on experience in Java, Spring frameworks, RDBM systems, NoSQL, DevOps tools and Application performance monitoring tools. I worked on many application scaling and performance enhancement & migration projects throughout my career.
Worked as a project lead for a product which produces bio metrics based authentication for cards. I was involved in the requirements gathering, refinement, solution design and architecture, and implementation using micro services based spring boot applications.
I was the SME for account and program management and wrote Java programs and conducted code reviews to ensure 100% code coverage and quality
I used to conduct product demos on sprint and milestone completions and took part in technical discussions with the clients R&D team.
I headed the delivery of phase one of the solution and initiated the phase two activities.
I worked as a lead software engineer in the DevOps Architecture team of the Healthcare insurance E-commerce product wing at Speridian Technologies. I was leading the activity of disintegrating the legacy product to micro services based architecture. This was a major migration activity which involved historical data migration, processing of data files with more that 500M rows, and scaled the application performance using Kubernetes.
Along with the DevOps Architectural role, I led the solution design and development for US Medicare and Medicaid services solution. This was tome critical and we went live with in 2 months before the open enrollment in The US.
I ran the Agile process in the team as a scrum master and delivered the sprint goals with quality. I was part of the recruitment panel and hired more than 50 professionals with different experience levels and help them onboard in to the Java development teams in the organization.
I worked in many roles and many teams during my tenure with Nice Satmetrix Systems. Nice Satmetrix had software products based on NPS methodology for Customer Experience Management. I worked as an implementation engineer and implemented CEM Solutions for more than 15 customers and their different Business Units. Then I was part of the R&D team of the product development as the SME for the NPS based CEM domain.
I traveled to different client locations in UK and US for onboarding and training of the CEM solutions from Nice Satmetrix. I worked directly with the customer's business team to get the requirements and design the NPS program for their CEM solution.
I have hired, managed and mentored more than 80 software professionals during my stint at Nice Satmetrix and had won many accolades like MVP awards at Nice Satmetrix Systems.
I worked at Qburst Technologies as a software engineer for a Telecom service provider from UK. They were a subsidiary of British Telecom.
I was part of development of 3 software solutions as a PHP developer and a DBA.
I worked as a software trainee engineer as an intern. I was part of a website development team for a Job portal in which I had hands-on development in resume builder modules
