 Provide strategic direction and leadership
 Develop and execute operating plans that lead to the achievement of all operations and product goals.
 Ensure compliance with site standard Policies / Procedures are implemented and followed as per policy/procedures.
 Ensure that cGMP, Quality, Health and Safety processes
 Support, and monitor the implementation of the HSE strategy.
 Preparation of annual production Plan.
 Monitoring production on daily basis and take action to correct the deviations if any.
 Monitoring the utility efficiency on a regular basis and control excess consumption.
 Guide production, maintenance, stores and admin teams in their respective functions.
 Ensure that adequate resources are provided for efficient running of the plant.
 Review the plant status every week and send report to CEO
 Ensure that the workplace is monitored and is fully in compliance with all applicable GMP& ISO standards, rules and regulations in order to maintain safety in manufacturing facilities.
 Ensure cost of Production does not exit the budget, identification of proper root cause if exits and control the same, routine review put in place to review and control the cost of production.
 Reporting of product/system non-conformities, and implementation of corrective/preventive actions in specific areas of operation.
 Ensure all the changes are done as per change control procedure
 Review and approval of SOPs, Protocols, Reports, related to products and processes.
 Look at the improvement opportunities for process and productivity improvements and the same shall be executed to achieve the performance.
 Conduct annual performance review and help to improvise the subordinate's performance year on year.
 Review of regulatory requirements such as ISO standards and ensure us the compliance as per standards through our internal audits/inspections for production operations.
 Ensure Training has been completed to all the employees as per the training plan in the following aspects cGMP, On the Job, Personal Hygiene, Safety, and regulatory guidelines requirements.
 Production functions on meeting the target as per business plan.
 Corrective and preventive actions on deviations in the Production and process.
 Maintenance functions on meeting the target of downtime as per business plan.
 Corrective and preventive actions on deviations in the Maintenance activities.
 Support and foster operational excellence across all functions - including continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
 Ensure ethics and integrity through compliance / risk management.
 Make effective financial and operational decisions to positively impact both short and long-term site goals,
 Create, establish and maintain an environment that encourages teamwork, empowerment
 Take an active leadership role representing the site in the greater commercial operations and the Company in the local community.
 Enforce health and safety protocols during all stages of production.
 Create and maintain a production schedule.
 Find ways to reduce production costs.
 Implement strategies to maximize production.
 Analyze workplace productivity.
 Ensure that the company complies with DRAP & Government regulations and licensing.
 Convene and chair meetings All Heads of Departments from time to time to discuss matters of concern with regard to performance, conduct and facilities.
