Through a large investment in human power, the UAE was keen on creating the necessary conditions to build pioneering Emirati institutions, characterized by a high- quality learning environment and equipped with the highest modern technology tools that enable generations of students to complete their higher education. This started with the opening of the UAE University, Higher Colleges of Technology, Zayed University in Abu Dhabi and Dubai and private higher educational institutions that foster creativity in the national youth, supported by new academic disciplines to cope with the labour market requirements.
• Cascaded strategic objectives to all the sectors, respective directories and aligned with employee performance objectives. Finalize Department Scorecards on the performance objectives.
• Developed KPI’s library for all functions and uploaded in ERP system, which have streamlined and linked employee objectives with the MOE strategic objectives.
• Spearhead in preparing the training manual, presentation, calendar, and the communication strategy for spreading the awareness on the Performance Management system for academic and non-academic staff for all the school zones at all levels of MOE and Ministry of Higher Education employees.
• Collaborated in developing the revised framework for monitoring the sector/school-wise performance reports by setting the revised KPI.
• Participated in revising the fixed performance objectives for the school operation amounting to 18, 000 employees. Cascaded the national objectives right from the sector school operations to the teacher level. Students & school results are automated and linked to the teachers’ performance. Which resulted in monitor the KPI’s for each term and provide a qualitative report and recommendations.
• Monitory the KPI’s and submitting regular reports to FAHR with the analyses and the corrective recommendation to MOE. .
• Collaborated with the UNESCO and MOE school operation team in developing the Teacher policy and career development.
