Providing solutions to urban planning jobs. It involves translating vision of clients in the form of conceptual layout plans with road network, plot parcels, land use, public ream and interface management with utility, transport and environment (sustainability being overarching is embedded in every thoughts). There after preparing write ups and compiling report for Authority submissions and NoCs.
My job also involved supporting Business Director with proposal write up and preparing financial quotations.

Responsibilities:
Provide planning, design and development advice to du Management for the development of du Park
campus. Undertake collaborative efforts across various departments of du, such as Brands,
Procurement, Legal and so on to realise the vision of du Park campus development comprised of du
Headquarters, activity oriented park, techno garden and support retail surrounded by a landscape of
enhanced native environment.
Accomplishments:
Authored the RfPs and delivered technical evaluation, negotiations to engage consultants by
actively collaborating with Procurement and Legal Departments for the following jobs:
o Comprehensive master planning,
o du Headquarters and retail - building and interior design,
o Billboard contractor,
o Boundary wall contractor.
Reviewed and directed consultants’ outputs on master planning, designs, environmental impact
assessment, traffic impact assessment and ensured an integrative effort to realise better value for
du Park campus.
Successfully acted as owners’ representative, in build relationship with Government Authorities for
a trusted collaboration in realising projects with Authority approvals.
du Park master plan approved by Dubai Municipality and all relevant Authorities.
Analyses, design and development of planning programs and policies for land under the property affairs directorate of the Royal Court. Formulated acquisition and compensation packages. Determined potential land uses for strategic planning for the whole country.
Master planned for plots of 5 to 2000 Hectares for mixed use and industrial development.
Prepared, reviewed and advised on planning reports, recommendations and supporting data on various project proposals.
Responsible for managing the "Draft Development Plan" guideline to operationalise the program of delivering the “Millennium Development Goals” which included sustainability and poverty reduction in 40 municipalities starting from capacity building within municipalities to project financing. It required preparing 5 year horizon plans for implementation actions involving and training locals.
Participated in State Government Committees for drafting terms of reference for statewide urban strategy and city rejuvenation plans.
Support urban and regional planning projects with technical inputs.
Support urban design and housing projects with technical inputs.
Manage project packages assigned.
