3. Budget Control: Submission of budget during program kick off based on resource requirements. Raising proactive alarm in case of budget overflow.
4. MIS: Providing information needed to manage organizations effectively involving three primary resources: technology, information, and people.
5. Senior Management Reporting: Presenting data & dashboard to senior management for overall representation of the programs. Raising alarm for senior management invention in case required.
6. Configuration Management: Security features and assurances through control of changes made to products & services. Defect Control measure & necessary documentation monitoring throughout the life cycle of project.
