Key Responsibilities:
• Technical support to Business Development and Operational Assets
• Evaluation and comparison of Performance Parameters of different plant (new and existing)
• Availability modeling (including RAM Analysis)
• Technical Due Diligence (DD) for accusation projects
• Feasibility study for conversion of conventional steam power plants to CCPP
• Evaluate of the possibilities for improvement in existing plants
• Evaluation of Heat Balance of existing and new projects
Key Responsibilities:
• Leading Power Plant Performance (Different KPI like Heat Rate, Gas Calculation, Trending etc)
• Leading Power Plant Commercial & Operational matters (Efficient operations of plant, decision for startups and shutdowns, economical mode of operations etc)
• Leading the Annual Dependable Capacity tests and Plant Performance sests
• Annual Budget Preparation (150Million USD+) and monitoring (Heatrate, generation, import energy, chemical consumptions, spares usage and plant improvement projects)
• Leading all commercial invoices preparation and verification. (Energy, Gas, Water, EOH etc)
• Provide expert technical support and strategic advice to O&M team by reviewing daily generation and efficiency data and advising on changes
• Project Engineer & Coordinator for Life Time Extension (LTE-2012, 19 Million Euro project) major outage and several annual minor outages
• Liaison with all stockholders on all technical and commercial issues
• Communication with WAPDA, SNGPL, Irrigation department and EPA on regular basis
• Contract Management (Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), Gas Supply Agreement (GSA), LTMSA with Siemens Germany, O&M Contract with ESBI/DPS
• Scheduling and Coordination of maintenance/force outages/shutdowns
• Active participation in engineering projects and solutions for root cause analysis, project management, design review and compliance of CAPEX projects
• Review of all O&M activities on daily basis and auditing of CMMS
• Review and analysis of all incident and trips reports
• Participations and preparation of minutes of meeting (MOM) for daily, weekly, monthly plant performance meetings, project meetings, procurement meetings etc.
• Preparation of Daily and Monthly Plant Performance Reports and other regular and ad hoc management information reports

• HSE Auditing and Sustainability Development at across the site
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly review and coordination for dispatch to Grid
• Calculation of Force outage allowance and its finance impact
• Monthly Energy Metering (Energy Invoice generation for WAPDA-Offtaker)
• Technical review of Procurement cases
• Technical review of plant critical equipments and systems
• Preparation of reports and presentations for several meetings and issues including BoD
• Preparation of tender documents, when required
• Environmental reporting to EPA
• Deputies for Chief Technical Officer and Senior Managers as required
• Participation in Siemens V94.2 Users Conference (Last Conference: UK, 2013)
• Hiring of new engineers and DAEs as Trainees and Plant Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
• Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of YOKOGAWA PLCs and TENESOL Solar Panels.
• Assisting the vendors and client during commissioning work.
• Supervision of Field Instruments Installation. (F&G Systems, PTs, FTs, TT, etc)
• On site Project Planning using Primavera Project Planner P3 and MS Project
• Progress Monitoring of Plans
• Preparation of Schedules for E&I equipments.
• Calibration & Testing of Field Instruments before Installation.
• Preparation of Manpower and Equipment Deployment Plans
• Monitoring of Field Engineering Documentation Control (FEDC)
• Preparation of Progress Reports (Daily, Weekly and Monthly)
