were commissioned within the target of 11 months.
*Prepared all standard manufacturing process with the start of commercial production.
*Prepared all specification - Finished Goods, Packaging Material & Raw Material.
* Maintained and improved product quality by completing product, company, system,
compliance, surveillance audits and investigating customer complaints.
*Collaborated with other members of management to develop new product,
engineering designs, manufacturing and training methods.
*Led the team and got the Meat Plant BRC certified within one year after start of
commercial production.
*Led the foundation of AIB in Bakery Plant.
* Done more than 120 man-days of Supplier, Warehouse, Depot and Branches Audit.
