Key Result Areas:
•Successfully spearheading the centralised credit operation team for commercial vehicle, construction equipment, Farm Equipment loans & car loans, managing system CAM updation, loan disbursement and related post disbursement activities.
•Handling the centralised CSD ( Customer service Desk ) handling customer on boarding, Customer servicing during the loan period mainly catering to various requests like statement requests, change of address, loan related queries, fore closure requests, fresh business leads, NOC dispatch up on loan closure, customer complaints, any other customer escalations etc., along with monthly reporting to CRM team at HO.
•Monthly Compliance and Risk Reporting towards ensuring Fair Practices Code across all functions.
•Developing& monitoring adherence to laid down policies & processes as well as triggers in organization through process audit, process walk through, periodic training and monthly review meeting
•Identifying &conducting UAT’s on existing Finnone System for requisite controls and checks along with detailed activity process
•Reviewing existing policies and incorporate the same in to Finnone System vide necessary enhancements
•Monitoring overall Quality and TAT (Turnaround Time) and ensure necessary deviation approvals are available wherever applicable
•Ensuring timely roll-out of all the related MIS’s to all stakeholders
•Handing internal & external auditors and ensuring minimum exceptions & favourable ratings.
•Conducting the Fair Practices Review as part of RBI compliance along with Risk reporting , on a monthly basis by coordinating with all stakeholders
•Conducting periodic audits of all Branches to ensure prevailing quality of work in the process

•Successfully drafted the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Vehicle Finance, viz. Commercial Vehicle/ Construction Equipments/ Car Loans and Farm Equipments.
•Received Outstanding Performance Award in Credit process for F.Y. 2017-18
