As Manager Premium Banking, I manage a sizable book of Premium Banking customers. I am directly responsible for sales and service level improvements of the Premium Banking proposition of the bank through a team of Premium Bankers. I am also responsible for all facets of operational authorizations and audit requirements to be followed in the day to day transactions of the segment.

I am directly responsible for sales and service level improvements of retail banking customers through a team of Assistant Managers. I am the first level check for all the new accounts sourced being compliant with the latest KYC circular of the bank. I am also responsible for all the Enhanced Due Diligence cases pertaining to the mapped book, daily transaction authorizations, cash mangement, remittances, etc.

1. CASA book growth by more then 100% Y-o-Y
2. Instrumental in bringing in Trade clientele with 50% growth in trade business
3. Pan Delhi NCR highest revenue achievement through TPP products
As Deputy Manager Privilege Banking, I manage a sizeable book of retail deposits. I am directly responsible for sales and service level improvements of retail banking customers through a team of Assistant Managers. I am the first level check for all the new accounts sourced being compliant with the latest KYC circular of the bank. I am also responsible for all the Enhanced Due Diligence cases pertaining to the mapped book and day to day transaction authorization requirements.
I have been an integral part of the project to launch Express Loans platform providing business side feedback to the product development team
As Assistant Manger Priority Banking, I manage a sizable book of HNI deposits. I am directly responsible for service level improvements of HNI deposits. I am also responsible for all facets of operational and audit requirements to be followed in the priority banking segment of the bank.
I have been an integral part of the pilot project to launch variable revenue platform and ECRM platform providing business side feedback to the product development team.
