 Prepare work orders on SAP system and assign manpower and timely closure of work orders on the SAP system to meet department KPIs.
 Involve in HAZOP reviews for new projects, task risk assessment (TRA) preparation for new projects or modifications to be carried out as per company guidlines.
 Perform proof testing of HIPPS, ESD, F & G and burner management systems as per company approved procedures.
 Prepare monthly & yearly calibration and meter proving schedules, co-ordinate with consumers for their wetness and implement the same on daily basis.
 Perform different metering systems calibration and proving activities with co-ordination with customers and perform yearly validation with metering system vendor.
 Arranging necessary work permits (PTW) and required co-ordination with the concerned for the execution of the job.
  Functional checks and trouble shooting of HIMA & Triconex Fire and Gas detection systems and ESD systems.
Review of Functional Design Specification (FDS), Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) documents for SCADA, metering and Fire & Gas system.
 Commissioning assistance and trouble shooting of Boiler Management System (Trident & HIMA system).
 Routine preventive maintenance and trouble shooting of HIPPS system.
 Commissioning and Startup of Gas receiving plant and pipelines.
 Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) of gas metering systems, Fire and Gas systems, ESD systems, logical sequence tests, loop checks, and Setting of Remote Operated Vales from the SCADA system, integrated site testing of metering system with SCADA system.
 Loop simulation, checking and commissioning of different instruments, valves, control valves Etc
 Commissioning, SAT and Maintenance of different systems.
 Manage and motivate a group of personnel as a team to execute the desired task.
 Preparation of as built drawing.

Job Responsibilities

Ø Review of engineering drawings like cable layout, instrument location, interconnection drawings, logical diagrams, loop drawings and documents like cable schedule, I/O database, Functional design specification for SCADA, metering system, FAT, SAT procedures etc.
Ø Create method statements and inspection test plans for Instrument installation, Electrical works, Cathodic protection works and SMC system.
Ø Up gradation of M/s SERK RTU at Al Dhafra CRS and modification of SERK Servers at Maqta and Habshan control centers for Al Dhafra Pipeline.
Ø Installation of M/s HWT Magna RTU at Al Tuwaisa CRS and modification of the HWT Servers at Habshan and Maqta Control centers for Al Tuwaisa Pipeline.
Ø Calibrations, installation, testing, loop checking of all instruments.
Ø Site Integrated Testing and Functional tests of Metering and Pressure reducing systems.
Ø Actuator installation of the Remote Operated Valves. (Gas Over Oil Actuators)
Ø Installation, logical sequence tests and Setting of Remote Operated Vales from the SCADA system.
Ø Installation of Temporary and Permanent Cathodic Protection system and interface with SCADA systems.
Ø Planning for effective utilization of manpower, equipment and front.
Ø Installation of fire detection panel and detectors at Al Tuwaisa CRS and interface with the SCADA system.
Ø Installation of UPS, LV panels and lighting poles at Al Tuwaisa CRS.

Ruwais - Shweihat Gas pipeline project

Client : M/s Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Ltd (GASCO) - UAE

Job Responsibilities:

Ø Reviewing of the engineering drawings like cable layout, instrument location, interconnection drawings, logical diagrams, loop drawings and documents like cable schedule, I/O database, Functional design specification for SCADA, metering system, FAT, SAT procedures etc.
Ø Review selection of instruments and instrument fittings as per specification.
Ø Calibration, installation and testing of instruments.
Ø SCADA system installation that includes installation of M/s Hunter Watertech Magna RTU at Shweihat, replacing existing SERCK RTU to M/s Hunter Watertech Magna RTU at Ruwais with IsaGraf software, installation of servers and workstations in the existing control rooms at Habshan and Maqta with Citect SCADA software.
Ø Installation of the Ultrasonic metering system, which includes the installation of metering panel, transmitters and total field cabling of the system.
Ø Loop Checking of the all the instruments.
Ø Site Integrated Testing that includes functional tests of the GeFanuc PLCs for MOV operations, MODBUS data transfer between RTU and Superguard of the metering system and data transfer between flow computers and Superguard.
Ø Installation, logical sequence tests and Setting of Remote Operated Vales from the SCADA system.
Ø Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance test of the Fire and Gas system and the interface testing with the SCADA system.
Ø HVAC, UPS and LV switch board interface with SCADA system.
Ø Attending the punch list items and maintenance of the Ultrasonic Metering and SCADA system by coordinating with respective vendors.
Ø Active Participation in the Pipeline commissioning.

Ø Reviewing of various specifications, engineering drawings like instrument index, cable layout, instrument location plan, interconnection drawings and loop drawings.
Ø Making method statements and Inspection test plans for Instrument installations and SCADA system installation.
Ø Planning and finalizing of sub-contractors for installation job.
Ø Calibration, installation, testing and loop checking of all instruments at Coimbatore, Karur and the SV stations.
Ø Supervision of fire alarm system installation.
Ø Coordination between other disciplines, client and consultant for satisfactory execution of Instrumentation and SCADA works
Ø Installation of Marshalling panel and Metering panel
Ø Installation of the RTUs at SV/CP stations, workstations and panels at Coimbatore and Karur terminals.
Ø Pipeline commissioning in-charge at Karur station. Coordination with client and consultant.
Ø Maintenance assistance for the effective operation of the pipeline
