Role: Developing & monitoring the implementation of annual project work plans and budgets for project operational requirements with clear deliverables and resources in line with organizational objectives, project priorities and client requirements Managing & maintaining a competent "project team" of (50 +) professionals, consisting of technical & functional professionals from various fields & departments through coaching & mentoring, giving constructive feedback, capacity development, in line with the project & organization Achieving/exceeding financial targets like revenue, billing, collections & margins as per initial budget and cash flow statements Ensuring reduction in working capital infusions through efective management of billing to customers & payment to subcontractors Engaging in costing, estimation, & forecasting cash flow statements at the initiation of a project as per project execution and implementation strategy while monitoring the same at various stages of project Supervising change in scope of work, through efective negotiations & communications with clients. Presenting monthly, quarterly, half yearly & annually project plans to all stakeholders and highlighting upcoming challenges and advanced actions by stakeholder in order to align with a single goal of timely and cost efective completion of project Liaising with local government bodies/administrative authorities for required project related permissions, authorizations & support Monitoring submission of rate analysis for deliverables beyond scope for financial and contractual closure of projects including handover to customers Conducting site audits for ensuring compliance and adhering to the applicable HSE procedures/practice Facilitating coordination with functional groups for technical supports and attending required trainings to enhance additional capability/skills Steering the successful roll-out of project operations entailing defining scope, setting timelines, analysing requirements, prioritizing tasks and identifying dependencies as per pre-set budgets
