INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: Performing an array of in-store inventory operations. Monitor all aspects of stock management regarding its control, transfer, receiving etc. Effectively scrutinize the non moving stocks and fast moving stocks and handle shrinkage levels.

MERCHANDISING: Processing and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor by participating in receiving and monitoring sales floor stock. Executes pricing strategy by tagging merchandise to accurately reflect pricing on all new items, sales, price changes etc. make recommendations towards development of strategic annual seasonal plans consistent with company goals.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Creating an inviting environment through visual appeal of store and working towards high quality service. Understanding customer’s needs and improvising or customizing the product and services according.
