Winwall Technology India Pvt. Ltd. Company was established in the year 1992. It is a state of art Façade testing facility located in Gummidipondi, Tamilnadu, India. It has around five other testing laboratories all over the world at Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines and Dubai.Some of the Mechanical PerformanceTests such as Air infiltration, static & dynamic water test, structural safety as per ASTM, BS EN, AS/NZ standards for Curtain walls, windows, doors, skylight, hand rails, metal structures etc. I am working as a Mechanical engineer cum safety officer reporting to Director & Vice president-Winwall India.


 Designing of a new fire resistance testing furnace according to our testing application as per European fire testing standards EN1363 & 1364.
 Identifying the technical requirements, parameters & suitable equipments such as burner, blowers, and thermocouples to with stand high temperature.
 Preparing the overall all Cost estimation of our new projects.
 Effectively designing, planning& preparing the layout drawings.
 To maintain the records of the drawing and,
 Preparing detailed manufacturing CAD drawings & BOM for the same.
 Preparing feasible report for the project.
 Preparing structural chamber drawings for performance test projects.
 Preparing testing chamber as per the client testing samples.
 Planning, Supervising&managing the workflow in our lab.
 Providing safety Induction training for new employee&visitors
 Conducting daily toolbox talks to the team.
 Ensuring employees adhere to the company’s policies & safety norms.
 To Identity the hazards & risk present in the laboratory.
 Conducting risk assessment at regular intervals.
 Preparing Safe work procedure (SOP) for each & every task & instructing workers for accident prevention.
 Regular safety monitoring of the tasks or activities within laboratory such as welding, work at height
 Providing training to the workers for the safe use of tools & equipments
 Conducting performance, Thermal & condensation test as per testing standards.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
 Conducted thermal cycling & condensation test for the first time ever in India at our lab.
 Prepared safety sign boards for the laboratory premises.
 Trained workers on safe work procedure.
