 Conducting Process Capability Studies (CP & CPK) for Critical parameters in the parts
analyzing using statistical techniques(SPC), R & R study for Inspection Gauges
 Responsible for validation plan and program ( process & product)
 TS16949 Audit & TQM- Documentation & Implementation
 PPAP and ISIR for New Projects, New development Products.
 Improving Quality performance through QIT Projects (3 Projects) & SGA activities
 Introduce Poke -Yoke for improving quality and to eliminate customer defects.
