• Ensure vehicle and passengers safety at all times in line with FIDA /Finnish Mission Uganda policy and guidelines
• Follow up orders with selected suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods, services and works
• Ensure that the vehicle and motor cycles are fueled at all times and maintains accuracy in fuel records and usage
• Ensure items are received in the store correctly and posted in to the stores register, bin cards, stock cards, etc. accordingly and maintain a sound filing system for audit and reference purposes
• Prepares vendor contracts such as purchase orders and sends copies to the suppliers accordingly
• Ensure an up-to-date log-book is maintained and submitted to the supervisor on monthly basis
• Conducts supplier visits to verify the status of field-based
