Business Partnering
Responsible for India business for a period of 20 months. Led Talent Acquisition, Generalist and the Learning & Development functions for India
Responsible for the execution of Performance Management Process
Partner with business on workforce planning, talent assessment and succession planning
Provide support including salary planning, approval of salary actions and promotions. Provide constructive feedback to line managers and employees to enhance performance
Roll out of satisfaction surveys to assess and engage talent. Champion strategies to improve satisfaction scores to drive retention
Provide metrics to aid team performance and organizational goals
Champion and comply with Global Operating Procedures to ensure consistency across geographies
Team management
Lead, motivate, guide and leverage global teams to create a high performing team and ensure business objectives are met. Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback and guidance to help overcome barriers to success.
