• Coordination with HR department on all personnel matters relating to manpower requirement.
•Prepare revenue share reports for value added services used by clients

• Coordinate and follow up with the Finance Team.
• Manage and Maintain driver's procurements.
• Undertakes general administrative duties (i.e. general word processing, filing scheduling, data entry, copying, emailing and scanning, ordering of equipment, materials and office supplies, billing and partnering with Accounting as needed etc.
• Review contracts and Coordinate with Legal department.
• Post vacancies on company website and recruiting sites. Arrange for interviews for vacancies with Managers.
• Document new hire information’s and coordinate with HR.
