1- Submission and rising of consultant drawings (Tender drawings) after auditing and
cross-checking to Sharjah civil defense website for approval.
2- Auditing on the fire shop drawings (Executive drawing) which submitted by fire
contractor in terms of its compliance with local UAE fire code and NFPA codes
requirements and regulations.
3- Submission and rising of approved fire shop drawing (Executive drawing) by
consultant again to Sharjah civil defense website for approval.
4- Adoption of the submitted materials to the consultant.
5- Submission of the projects after finishing all of the works (civil and MEP works)
for civil defense inspection.
6- Adoption of submitted request for inspections (RFI's) to the consultant.
7- Adoption of submitted materials inspection requests (MIR's) to the consultant.
• The experiences include:
1-Installation of firefighting equipment’s for many applications and with variety of technologies like wet pipe, dry pipe, deluge and pre-action systems.
2-Experience in residential buildings project (like mall, tower, …., etc.).
3-Experience in industrial projects (like re-refinery of used oil).

•My main role in the NAFFCO as a site engineer is summarized as the following:
1- Supervising the implementation of the project Works & management contract between subcontractor and the MEP contractor.
2- Supervision the installation works for below mentioned systems as per approved drawings
(a) Firefighting system
(b) Fire alarm system.
(c) Emergency light and Exit sign system.
(d) Voice evacuation system.
(e) Underground pipes (HDPE): Butt fusion welding technology for the HDPE pipes.
3- Ensure matching and compliance of delivered materials and equipments with approved materials submittals by consultant between subcontractor and the MEP contractor.
4- Coordination with concerned engineers regarding progress of works to avoid any clash & obstacles which effect on the progress of works.
5- Study of risk managements for the project.
6- Preparing the progress of work and materials delivery schedules for the project and keep up with the schedule step-by-step and notify the management with an emergency delays on the schedule and to determine a responsible for it (the MEP contractor or beyond the control of the parties), in accordance with the terms of the contract. As well as preparing of records of monthly.
7- Preparing of daily, weekly and monthly working progress reports.
8- Following a monthly bill (breakdown) for achieved works and materials delivered.
• My current project:
"Saudi Technology Base Lube Oil Plant project”
-Duration: (06/March/2013-until now).
-Project place: Riyadh, Al-Kharj
-Nature of project: Installation of fire protection systems for used oil re-refinery which contains on used oil tanks (flammable liquid) with its facilities.
-Fire protection systems: Kinds of installed fire protection systems in the refinery are the following:
• Firefighting systems:
1- Water spray system: Cooling and extinguishing of fire by using water spray nozzles.
2- Foam system: Extinguishing the fire by automatic system (like foam sprinklers heads and foam chambers) and manual system (like foam monitor and foam hose cabinets).
3- Suppression system: like carbon monoxide, CO2 and clean agent gases, FM-200 system.
• Fire alarm systems:
1- Detection system for indoor and outdoor installations: like smoke, heat, gas and flame detectors.
2- Sounder circuit: Automatic system like strobe light, horn and manual system like manual call point (MCP).
• Auxiliary systems:
1- Emergency light and Exit signs system.
2- Underground pipes (HDPE): Butt fusion welding technology for the HDPE pipes.
• My main role in the NAFFCO as a site engineer is summarized as the following:
1- Follow-up the implementation of the design (approved drawings by consultant) on site.
2- Coordinates on daily basis with the Foremen, Surveyors and QC staff.
3- Project Progress reporting on daily - weekly- monthly reports of site needs.
4- Assist and supervises the execution of on-going construction activities.
5- Report and suggest solutions to problems encountered at site.
6- Coordinate to the inspector regarding quality related issues.
7- Attend to Civil Foreman’s queries and support them with needed resources for proper execution of work.
• The experience includes:
1- Builder of Marine Boats from Aluminum.
2- Aluminum Fabrication.
3- Welding of steel supports (SMAW)
4- Aluminum Welding (GMAW & GTAW).
5- Fabrication and Metal Forming.
• My main role in the Jordan boats firm is summarized as the following:
1- Supervision on the progress of installation works as per approved drawing from maritime corporation.
2- Supervision of progress of installation of works as per designated progress schedule.
3- Inspection of installed works.
4- As built drawing for executed works.
5- Materials take off.
