TAHPI is an architectural consultancy, specializing in Healthcare design. I joined as a senior Interior designer, Architect to handle all the interior works. I am also involved in Architectural design and Project management.
Management of design development, detail designing to tender stage and to authorities approval for 2 major projects in Dubai.
Concept development for G+4 apartments in Dubai.
Project management for a 250 key hotel interior design project in Dubai.
Interaction with the design Architects, engineering consultants, Dubai Municipality, client representatives and project execution (interior design).
Deep & Hana Architecture, Bangalore as Principal Architect - 1999 to date
• Co founded Deep & Hana Architecture in association with Architect Siji Rehana.
• Successfully completed architecture projects for multiple residential & commercial buildings as well as many Interior design projects.

It’s a 45 key business hotel with 2 restaurants, located in the heart of the city.

Lufthansa’s first and only lounge in the whole of Asia. Completed in 2012.
Project Architect,
Responsibilities: Complete designing and project management, reporting directly to Lufthansa AG, Frankfurt.
Project cost: INR: 52 Million.
• Lufthansa owned Star Alliance Lounge at MIAL, Mumbai. 2008
Project Architect.
Responsibilities: Designing within a functioning terminal, with old infrastructure and with a budget restriction.
Project cost: INR: 49 Million.
I was heading a team of 3 junior Architects on projects varying from, retail, residential, villas, resorts and hospitality.
I was one of the 3 architects working on office interiors. The company was into complete turnkey interiors for corporate offices in Bangalore.
My first job was in my home town, Calicut. I was under the mentorship of Architect Tony Joseph, where I was working on villa, resorts and office interior designs.
