Joined PVI in task with to bring ISO recertification up to date and to plan and implement ISO/TS16949. ISO re-certification has been achieved successfully aligning all process with documentation. ISO/TS16949 is in progress to achieve certification in October 2016. PVI manufactures automotive sensors and ETC accelerator and Brake pedal systems as first tier supplier for automotive manufacturers such as Aston Martin, McLaren, Lotus and Bosch. As the quality manager I’m responsible for quality management system at PVI with administration and preparation of ISO9001 2015, ISO14001, APQP, PPAP documentation including QCPs, PFDs, DFMEA, PFMEA, work instructions, standard operating procedures, Internal Audits, Supplier Audits and employee training etc.
- Annual savings over £200k achieved last 18 months with process optimization and waste reductions across all the processes within business including supporting suppliers to reduce variation of specifications of the materials supplied, getting first time right within every part of the processes.

• Managed the development, testing and manufacture of new pedal systems for: Aston Martin, Ford, USA x5 systems, Holden, Australia x8 systems.
• Created functional documents such as process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures, control plans.
• Assisted quality department to achieve ISO9001:2000 certification.
• Reduced print setup time saving 450 hours of labour increasing productivity by 72k per year.
• New product introductions: - Following projects have delivered with active participation in product design, setting up of the production lines, introduction to Poke Yoke and SMED, recruiting and training 75 operating personal, start of production, managing shifts, packaging and shipping products to the customer.
1. A $25M, five Accelerator Throttle Control systems for Ford North America.
2. A $1M eight ATC systems for Holden Australia.
3. £0.2M, Engine Management systems for Aston Martin DB7 and Vanquish.
