Job description:
•Leading a team of Foreman, Lead men, Workers (block work, plastering, ceilings etc., ) to finish the target work as per the planning schedule with method of statement. Monitoring their work as per approved drawings and Life safety.
•Sending MATERIAL REQUEST to Procurement, receiving the materials at site store to be in match with approved samples.
•Before start of the work approved START WORK REQUEST, after finishing of the work REQUEST FOR INSPECTION to Consultant. Maintaining Documentation.
•Informing Architecture material and technician requirements to the manager.
•Leading a team of foreman’s (block work, plastering, precast, ceilings etc., ) to finish the target work as per the OPT from Construction manager.
•Submitting the Shopdrawings, Supplier Drawings & materials samples to consultant for approval.
•Supervising the work of subcontractors to maintain required quality and agreed time.
•Coordination with Civil, Structural and MEP Engineers in Execution. supporting them in Architectural coordination.
•Attending weekly progress meeting with project team to discuss about shop drawing schedule, material status, OPT and work progress.
•Worked as stand by CONSTRUCTION MANAGER & PROJECT ENGINEER in time of their Annual Vacations.
