 Coordinating with the line-managers for interview panels.
 Scrutinize and shortlist the applications received.
 Send interview call letters/mails as required.
 Conduct Interviews through panels.
 Preparation of offer letters as required.
 Getting confirmation of offered candidate’s date of joining through mails.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment Process: ✓ Handle the entire spectrum of recruitment activities across allocated region - recruiting Branch Head, Relationship Managers, Personal Banker, Assistant Branch Manager, Teller and PB welcome desk sales manager covering of the portfolio branches (56 Branches)
✓ Handling the Walk - Ins & campus placement activities too.

Training and development: ✓ Making arrangements for induction and orientation programmes for the newly recruited candidates for making them familiar with company culture and activities.
✓ Intimating the training date and accommodation details to the new candidates.
✓ Getting conformation from candidate's presence.
✓ Co-ordinate with the training team for further process.

Management Information System: ✓ Maintain the complete details about the candidate (i.e.) offer made tracker as on daily basis.
✓ Preparing the complete vacancies status for entire Out Station Tamil Nadu (OSTN) based on budget verses actual which is published on every week.
✓ Preparing the staffing tracker as on BVA published as per the requirements of corporate office.
✓ Preparing the exit details for OSTN on quarterly basis.
✓ Based on that doing analysis in various angles.
✓ Taking right decision to retain the employees
