As a Sr Production Manager my Rolls & Responsibility as bellow
• Developing, coaching, and leading the production team of Tube mill, Slitting line, wire drawing, welded mesh, BRC, Nails & binding wire sections.
• Capacity planning & specification detailing of all equipment’s.
• Accountable for all budget setting issue and for stopping any unnecessary expenditure.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations.
• Working closely with plant supervisors, engineers, technicians, and production workers.
• Participating in regular meetings with clients to discuss their requirements.
• Effectively managing the plants resources for maximum operational efficiency.
• Establishing policies ang procedures to ensure plant operation to work smoothly.
• Looking out for unnecessary wastage during the production process and taking staps to rectify this issue.
• Negotiating leases, service, and material contract.
• Form a team of multi-skilled workers to take charge of any department at any time.
• Conduct casting, suggest management on process effectiveness and advise them on cast effective solutions / methods.
• Good civil knowledge related to equipment erection.
• Plan for preventive maintenance of all equipment’s.
• Develop plans and procedures for maintaining ambitious standards of manufacturing operations, ensuring products confirm to established customer and company quality standards.
• Manage overhead, variable, and direct labor costs to meet or exceed annual budgetary and prior year expenses.
• Overseeing the entire manufacturing process, including planning, design, materials procurement, labor management, production scheduling, quality control, dispatch, and finance.
As a plat manager our work responsibility as below
• Optimizing labour, material, and equipment resources to maximise process efficiency.
• Oversee the entire operation in wire division along with tube mill, slitting, and cold forming production.
• Making manufacturing process more profitable lean and efficient.
• Leading formal and informal meetings and discussed concerning plant operations.
• Planning of preventive maintenance, process improvements and projects works progress and challenges areas & ensure that every operation is running smoothly as per plan.
• Ensure high product quality standard. Make necessary improvements in process parameters to achieve finish goods in close conformity to the standards.
• Review compliance with local regulation and internal policies & procedures.
• Consulting with the marketing and design team regarding the development of new products.
As A production Manager my Roll & Responsibility as below
• Overall operations in wire & cable trays Division comprising of production, maintenance, QC, projects & technical procurements.
• Plan & detail specifications of all raw material & WIP for different customer order in wire & cable tray division.
• Maintain workflow, plan and schedule customer order based on material availability & machine capacity.
• Handle customer complaints by physically visiting their sites and collaborating with site engineers to identify and solve issues.
• Execute preventive & corrective maintenance at all equipment’s.
Oversee entire plant operational activity, upcoming projects, new machine setup, machine selections, plant layout design. more responsibility as below
• Handle machines Installation and commissioning of wire drawing, tube mill, nails, BRC.
• Start Production of wire products and maintain workflow, plan, and schedule customer orders based on material availability and machine capacity,
• Equipment supplier hunt, selection and visiting there works &installations spanning across various countries for assessments
As a Production & Maintenance Engineer my Rolls & Responsibility as bellow
• Assist the Plant Manager to manage three units, comprising of Gabion machines, wire drawing machines, batch galvanizing, wire galvanizing line, slitting line and fabrication units.
• Review and analyse monthly production planned vs achieved details.
• Monitor and evaluate productivity and quality by working in close association with the quality team.
• Actively Involved in all machine maintenance activities.
• Preparation of spares & consumables list and make the pre-indent to avoid the production losses
As a maintenance engineer my rolls & Responsibility as bellow
• Be Under the Stern guidance of the works president to understand the basics of steel products and its manufacturing process as well as applications.
• Understand in detail, of entire operations and process flow of steel galvanizing, rolling, colour coating.
• Understand the complete utility section of the plant.
• Understand the organization flow chart and train for a future role related to handling operations.
• Spend time with all machine’s operators, factory supervisors, quality technicians, PPC, maintenance and dispatch team and be a part of their daily schedule to understand the workplace.
