Duties and responsibilities: i) Design, installation, commissioning and servicing of Navigational & communication equipments for pleasure yachts and high seas ships.
ii) Installation, Commissioning and Servicing of communication equipments like Thrane Thrane
GMDSS System, Phonetech telephone system, Thuraya telephone system, Sailor Fleet Broadband
system, Seatel & Rayamrine Satallite Television, Jma Navtex, Automatic Identification System.
iii) Conduct installation and servicing on Pleasure boats for all Raymarine Products like Series
multifunction navigation displays, Chart Plotter (GPS), Radars, VHF Communications, Fishfinders,
Automatic Identification systems, Satellite Television Systems, Autopilot systems and lifetag for trouble free operations.
iv) Installation of Thermal vision cameras (FLIR) and interfacing these inputs to Raymarine
Multifunction navigation displays or to the TV's.
v) Perform programming and servicing of all models of KANNAD EPIRB's.
vi) Installation, Commissioning and Servicing of communication of Raytheon Gyro STD 20 & 22.
vii) Installation & Commissioning of AMI BNWAS System
viii) Focused on customer support and refitting of navigational equipments.
ix) Maintaining proper record of jobs attended and uploading all the information in to the database.
