In Salah Gas Compression Project, Algeria : Prepared Subcontract agreement, Joint Venture agreement for various packages for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation works at a cost of 68 M USD and finalized agencies for these works.
•Ras Laffan Cooling Tower Project, Qatar (Phase-2, Category-II): Prepared Subcontract ITB for RC Building works at an estimated cost of 8 M USD.
ADCO PROJECT: Prepared various Subcontract Packages for civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation works.
•Saudi Aramco Manifa Gas Facilities Project (Proposal Preparation of value 160 M USD):
•Preparation of Technical risk, Commercial risk, Political risk, Location risk, Resources risk
•Preparation of checklist to advise the Management about the risks and opportunities in the proposed Project.
•Interface with departments viz. Technical, Commercial, Legal to estimate the cost.
•Raising technical/commercial queries with Client and obtaining replies.
• Preparation Contracts/ Procurement execution plan, Project Execution plan etc.
•Prepared various packages for civil, mechanical, piping, electrical and Instrumentation works and prepared construction cost estimate for entire Project.
•Finalisation of Comprehensive cost estimate to ensure that the required costs are covered
•Handed over the Project to Regional Project Manager after award of work.
•Support to Project Team during execution

•Successful finalization and award EPC contract for Offsite Automation Project at a project cost of Rs.40 Crore (10 M USD) on Press tender basis.
•Successful finalization and award EPC contract for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation works for 2x20 MW Gas Turbine Project at a project cost of Rs.32 Crore (18 M USD).
•Project Construction activities and having experience in execution of all types civil works
courses: Certified International Commercial Contracts Manager(CICCM) issued by IPSCMI, USA
