Contribute to the development and implementation of contract management plans by sourcing documents and established contracts, as well as monitoring performance and addressing non-performance, to achieve the required contract outcomes;
•Prepare, check and review subcontract packages, scopes, lettings and procurement schedules;
•Establishment of the deliver project WBS and assist with development of tools and systems to accurately forecast project revenue and cost;
•Preparation of project budgets for review and provide accurate rolling final account forecasts;
•Process progress claims, delay claims and external variations according to contractual obligations;
•Monitor subcontractors to ensure they are adhering to environmental commitments and responsibilities;
•Interpret and explain contract requirements, and terms and conditions to stakeholders to support compliance with statutory and policy requirements and inform decision-making;
•Establish and maintain stakeholder and supplier relationships to identify and minimise risk, and maximise the value from the contract.

•HCMT Pakenham Depot Project (Project Value $200 Million
Develop Project and
Actively planned site layout of water, sewer and storm water reticulation systems, road alignments, pavement design. Calculated hydraulic flows to accurately design different pipeline systems;
•Timely executed earthworks and terrace layout calculations. Used SABS (South African Bureau of standards) and the project specifications to design manholes, junction boxes, valve boxes, curb inlets, road alignment, and other minor structures;
•Dexterously drafted and reviewed civil drawings using Auto Cad and Civil Designer. Investigated and prepared project-specific site layout plans;
•Attended regularly scheduled project meetings and took accurate minutes.
