• Prospect for potential new clients and convert them into Insurance business
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
• Generating both retail & corporate lines. In Retail Segment, generating business from Motor, Health, Travel, Office Package, Shop keepers, House Holders Policy, Individual PA
• Ensuring that a holistic approach is given to the client’s requirements by recommending the best available coverage of insurance in all classes.
• Making presentations for different classes of Commercial Lines & EB products to key decision makers of the clients.
• Planed approach and pitch as per clients requirement. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
• Responsibilities include ensuring the existing business retention and budgeted volumes are achieved through servicing clients.
• Arranging the policies, procedural documents and endorsements for clients. Also progress the customer claims by giving it top priority.
• Making presentations for different classes of Commercial Lines products to clients.
• Ensuring that a holistic approach is given to the clients requirements by recommending the best available coverage of insurance in all classes, by being an independent consultant.
• Claims Handling:
1. Accompanying Loss Adjuster for the site visit & Conduct initial inspection
2. Preparing interim survey reports in conjunction with the Loss Adjusters
3. Assigning auditors & different vendors for material damage/LOP consolidation.
4. Preparing Salvage Reports & arranging salvage buy back through different vendors
5. Visiting manufacturers for the post estimate survey & inspecting the damaged items
6. Assisting Loss Adjuster for allocating claim adjustment figures
7. Collaborating with the insurers on the adjustment figures & arranging settlement LOA/DR
• Responsible for the coordination and supervision of the activities of branch office and review the activities to make sure that individuals have achieved the sales quotes
• Prepare activity reports with the interpretation, implementation and enforce company policies, strategies and procedures. Plan and develop the procedures of company to increase the sales, obtain greater efficiency and lower the cost etc.
• Responsibilities also include interview, hiring and training employees for processing insurance claims, selling insurance etc.
