As the Document Controller/Secretary, (reporting to Senior Resident Engineer) duties included Setting-up and maintenance of project files and drawings in accordance with the Program Operations Plan and retrieval of correspondence/drawings as and when necessary, logging of all correspondence, preparation of all kinds of letters, project field office reports, statements, payment certificates, monthly progress reports, preparation of material submittals, minutes of meetings etc. Logging and maintenance of approved shop drawings, project progress photographs, construction materials submittals for approval besides other routine secretarial/official duties.
