Job Description:
Creation of booking for ocean shipments, for both IMPORTS and EXPORTS
Converting booking to Direct BL, House BL and Master BL. Issuing the documents to the origin/destination on time.
Performed bill of lading audits per vessel/voyage with a high focus on quality and accuracy of documents issued.
Handling L/C documents.
Coordinate with clients for necessary documents like booking confirmation, shipping instruction, packing list etc...
Creating the vessel as per booking confirmation provided by the carrier.
Sending the Pre-Alert
Creating Arrival notice for Import shipments.
Creating the codes for Consignee & Shipper using MDM(Master Data Management)
Solving the Problems related to Documentation.
Responsible for updating revenue to the job and generating invoice.
Responsible for updating cost to the job and coordinate with accounts payable team in order to make payment to the vendor.
Shipments tracking from the Load port to Destination port
Responsible for sending daily and weekly reports to consignees on ETA/ETD of shipments
Giving instruction to trucking company to pick up containers and deliver it to consignee.
Ensure that the requirements from clients and their IOP’s are fully understood, implemented and followed
Countries handling in Europe Region.
Job Description
Procuring products from vendor using SAP MM module, creating sales order using SAP SD framework were the key tasks.
Handling margin release by calculating MAP for each product, performing stock transfer, creating new part numbers in MDM module were done.
Taking ownership of orders and following up until products reach the customer.
Coordinating with supplier, quality department and Project Managers / Department for getting inspection done to enable smooth delivery in right time.
Countries handling UAE & GCC.
