 Planning and implementation of new administrative strategies. Budgeting and budgeting control.
 General Accounts up to finalizing by preparing annual Trial Balance and Balance sheet for auditing purpose.
 Reconciliation of Bank, Customer, representative and other General Accounts
 Maintaining Daily transaction and general administration of office.
 Managing Quotations, Invoicing, Biding and related correspondence
 Managing and liaison with Banks and Suppliers.
 Account Payable, Account Receivables.
 Pricing and other general cost analysis. Monitoring production and costing.
 Maintaining accounts for asset management.
 Reporting Daily/Monthly transaction and Cash Flow Reports. and other MIS related reports.
 Monthly and Quarterly Profit and loss Account and Balance sheet reports.
 Assisting and reporting to Financel Manager.
 Managing Petty Cash Book.
 General correspondence of office
 Preparation of Payroll (over 600 employees) via the official bank's ATM cards.(overtime calculation, trip allowance, vacation, renewals etc)
 Daily closing of representative accounts and reconciliation.
 Worked with deferent accounting and on-line booking softwares. Including Tally.
 Accounting software implementation.
 Maintaining Daily sales and purchase books.
 Cost controlling and arrears collection.
 On-line Bank Accounts management(national and international transfer, account to account transfer, setting up online beneficiaries, payment online to suppliers etc
 Managing Sales Executives and their accounts.
 Proposing changes in general admin procedures.
 Voucher Verification for finance approvel. (creditors and petty cash)
 Worked with ISO-9001-2008 standards. Played the role of a Management representative to apply ISO standards and achieve the ISO certification.
