➢ Monthly closing and MIS reports- P&L Account, Balance Sheet, Branch wise and project wise profitability, Budgets, variance analysis and other finance related matters.
➢ Group Company reconciliation. Finalization of accounts and ready for Audit.
➢ All insurance matters- Renewals, Claims, Negotiations.
➢ Communication with Banks, Insurance Companies, Major Suppliers and Govt. agencies like EPPCO, DEWA and EMICOOL.
