Scope of work :
1) Routine co-ordination with design consultants like Architects, interior, Structural, Post Tensioning, MEP, glazing, kitchen consultants etc to ensure timely receipt of drawings and BOQs; Highlight concerns / issues and provide inputs on the feasibility / practicality of construction.
2) Inspecting activities at site and ensure it as per the drawings.
3) Preparing and sending daily activity reports and weekly reports such as Site Observation report, Site progress Report, Site picture presentation etc to respected persons.
4) Continuous co-ordination with the Architects for any details, drawings, finishing schemes or approvals which need to get finalized.
5) Representing the company in various meetings with clients and other vendors/consultants.
6) Consulting the activities and clearing any doubts of the contractor’s engineers regarding drawing, details, finishing schemes, sequence of work etc.

Construction of Independent Luxury Villas.
Scope of work :
1) Leading project review meetings with the project team, consultants & contractor; timely highlighting and resolving design inadequacies, non-compliance to material indents and all other issues.
2) Leading project progress review meetings with the project team and the contractor; timely highlighting the milestones, laggings and resource requirements.
3) Inspection and approval of construction activities. (Signing off check lists, RFIs, pour cards etc.)
4) Checking and approval of RA Bills and BBS, Analysis of rates and break ups of unforeseen items which are not in BOQ, Co-ordination with finance team to ensure timely issuance of payment.
5) Raising PR for the materials, preparing cash flow analysis and tracking the project budget.
6) Maintaining project site reporting mechanism and issue resolution procedures to ensure timely communication of critical information from the projects site.
7) Co-ordination with various departments like Marketing, Finance, Legal, Liaison, etc.

Phase1 is of two zones A & B, both having 5 identical buildings. Phase2 includes 5 towers with Multistoried Mall, Office & Apartments. Central one tower consists of ground, mezzanine, 13 typical floors and roof floor. Two towers consist of G+M+10 floors and roof floor; rest 2 towers are having G+M+12 floors and roof floor. The roof floor is mechanical floor and the roofs are sloped roof for all towers.

Execution of piling, concrete works, post tensioning, structural steel works, masonry with cement and aerated blocks, plaster, painting, decorative flooring and dado with tiles, marble, granite, sile stone and quartz, landscape work, services like electrical, plumbing, HVAC and fire-fighting, roof tiling, window cleaning system, garbage chute, decorative false ceiling works, aluminum, glazing, exterior cladding with ACP, cement board, precast concrete slabs etc, joinery & metal works, finishing for floors, walls, ceilings, stainless steel floor frating and channels, entrance canopies, elevators, escalators and travelators, counters, decorative wall panels, roads and parking, tensile fabric and skylights etc.

Laffan Tower (3B+G+M+40+2PH), an office tower in Doha-Qatar. It consists of 3 basements, Ground Floor, Mezz Floor, 40 repeated floors, each floor of area 950 m2, and 2 Pent Houses.

Scope of work :
The scope of the work includes execution of Aluminium curtain wall fixing, Glazing, Cladding, Spiders, Doors, Windows, Automatic and Sliding doors etc., raising PO/PR for materials and preparing the back-up documents like actual Site measurement sheets, raising RFI and getting approval from the consultant engineers to proceed further, Surveying for glazing works.

Scope of work :
End to end physical supervision and execution of all structural and finishing activities of the projects including preparation of each activities for the Quality checking by Quality Engineers from Germany, Prepare the flats for Snagging and Handing over checklist by German Engineer and then by client, Client management after handing over the project till the formation of association.
Finished BTech in Civil Engineering as a part time course (evening) in 2015 with a CGPA of 7.26 (First Class) from Kerala University.
Completed Diploma in Civil Engineering as a regular course from the Technical Educations Department of Kerala in 2004 with 75.2% marks (First Class with Distinction) .
Finished Vocational higher secondary course in Medical Laboratory Technology with First Class.
