Review and approve test results of finished products and raw materials as per the related standard requirement of product.
Implementation and maintenance of laboratory specific SOPs and test procedures.
Perform routine laboratory test procedures; operate analytical instruments (including HPLC, GC, KF Titrator, UV/VIS spectrophotometer, Density meter, Titrimetric methods, conductivity meters, pH meters etc.)
Conducting microbiology testing for ensuring the product reached to free of microbial contamination or microbial efficacy as per the product standard requirements.
Develops and performs product formulation (R&D) development as well as manufacturing trials.
Ensure analytical equipment is calibrated accordingly and is fit for use
Prepare and store retention samples for ingredients and finished products
Interpret /report Quality and Laboratory data.
Ensure that QC Chemistry Laboratory methods are validated and all analysts are qualified to perform these methods
Develop and monitor the training and qualification of QC Chemistry Laboratory staff and plant floor team managers, leaders, and operators.
Implementation of ISO 17025 and internal auditing, SOP, Check lists, Flowchart making, Online reporting etc.
Conducted microbiological and chemical analysis of food, water, beverages and materials
Monitoring the product quality to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.(GSO, KSS, ISO, EPA, Codex)
Food hazard identification and their control.
Compile and interpret results of tests and analyses.
Conduct lab analysis using spectrophotometers, high performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, titrations, Density meter, Moisture analyzer, conductivity meters, pH meters, automated chemistry analyzer / discrete analyzer, ICPMS, RT-PCR. etc
Tested results are issued through LIMS.
Implementation of HACCP & ISO (17025 & 22, 000) and internal auditing, GMP, SOP, etc.(Preparation of Check lists, Flowchart making, Online reporting etc).
Applied practical applications of microbiology and chemical in testing food and beverages, to identify potential hazards such as toxins, contamination, foreign bodies and decomposition.
Handling external audit and market complaints.
Perform sampling and analyses according to established procedures (ISO, GSO, AOAC, APHA, BAM, etc.).
Immediate corrective and preventive actions if any parameter shows deviations.
Performing routine calibrations of laboratory equipments.
Handling external audit and market complaints, Corrective action to handle the breakdown and making preventive plans.
Preparing chemical solutions and reagents.
INSTRUMENT HANDLING KNOWLEDGE
Good technical knowledge in the RT-PCR.
Well experience in Merck Spectrophotometer and Nano color photometer.
Worked with Discrete analyzer (Thermo Scientific Gallery Plus)
Worked with HPLC (Agilent).
Good knowledge with HACH and HANNA water test kit methodology.
Worked with microwave digester instrument (Milestone -ETHOS UP )
Worked with GC, GC-MS, & ICP-MS (Agilent).
