• Establishing new clients at the same time taking good care of the Old clients.
• Generating new leads, meeting the clients to understand their needs.
• Doing site visit for measurement along with the technical team.
• Responsible for quoting the required products for Projects as requested by clients.
• Closely following up with the clients for new inquiries & leads.
• Timely payment collection from the clients.
• Meeting with suppliers to discuss on ongoing jobs and if required negotiation for the prices.
• Handles all customer inquiries & concerns
• Reporting daily activities to the Sales Manager.
• Perform sales activities on major account and negotiate sales price and discount in consultation with the management.
• Handling Customers & provide Product knowledge.
• Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable results.
• Orientation & educating existing customers to new products.
• Meeting wit suppliers for product discussion and if required negotiation for the price.
• Scheduling Daily & Weekly sales meeting with the sales team to monitor sales.
• Evaluate and coach the sales team to increase sales and achieve target and increase customer satisfaction.
• Handles all customer inquiries & concerns
• To ensure team target are met put forth by the management.
• Consistently build ongoing client relationship to strengthen product base.
