Direct daily sales and business plan implementation of the Bank’s Retail Banking Division with a team of 163. The main focus of responsibility is on the effective strategic planning, market research, marketing and promoting the sales of Retail Banking Products: (Loans/ Credit Cards/ Payroll Solutions & Auto Finance) with a view to enhancing existing relationships, actively cross-selling and targeting new business in order to maximize the income contribution.
