• Monitoring all site based indents & purchase Order.
• Making physical condition report of P&M equipment’s.
• Making, comparing & maintaining all report of P&M activities like Maintenance Cost, Fuel & Lubricants Consumption, Breakdown reports cum equipment’s availability, Preventive Maintenance schedule, Analysis of machine failures, Estimation of maintenance costs etc.
• Co-ordination with all site activities in daily basis.

• Responsible for maintaining an inventory for the requirement of the supplies and spare parts.
• Assessment of the required tools for the maintenance of the equipment. Monitoring monthly inventory reports like non -moving material/slow-moving material/aging & closing stock value of all sites.
• Adopt and implement a detailed maintenance plan to minimize failures resulting in stoppage of work.
• Monitoring Repair, service and maintenance work of Tippers, Trailers, Transit Mixers, Bitumen Browsers, Concrete Pumps, Bar Cutting Machines, Bar Bending Machines, Tough Riders, Mini Mobile Batching Plants, Power Generators, Air compressors etc. as per Routine Plan/Repair Plan.
• Making Indent, Purchase Order and IRN in ERP & monitoring all ERP based work.
• Making physical condition report of received P&M equipments.
• Making & maintaining all report of P&M activities.
• Check the spares for quality and quantity standards and sort the goods as per the requirements.
• Monitoring on work in Daily activity and checklists in plants and equipments for Smooth operation.
• Making monthly costing report as per repair plan.
• Making monthly closing stock report in inventory dept. like non -moving material/slow-moving material/aging & closing stock value of central workshop/warehouse.
• Successfully handled inventories auditing task and prepared reports on auditing activities.
• Taking quick decision making & Implementation.
• Maintaining records as per Standards.
• Daily reporting to my superior for suitability & difficulty.
