Responsible for the day to day management of the sales channels and liaising with all support functions within the business to deliver operational excellence.
Drive sales and maximize profitability across the sales channels i.e. our Pan India distribution network.
Keep a track on competition and to prepare competitors reports as required.
Ensure the delivery of presentation and commercial standards throughout the channels pan India.
Manage new sales channels identified for retail expansion of the brand and to participate time to time in lingerie fairs.
Setting targets for existing individual channels/counters and ensure that targets are achieved.
Manage inventory and ensure that the levels are as per set norms. Segregate inventory into regular, slow and obsolete levels. Find the right mechanism to liquidate slow & obsolete inventory.
Carry out execution of schemes and promotions to acceptable market levels.
Capture consumer insights and work with marketing and merchandising teams to leverage these observations.
Putting in place systems required for efficient running of the business beat plans, stock reconciliation, inventory tracking, bar code systems, etc
Prepare necessary MIS reports for effective tracking of the business
