• Managed and directed the internal audit function of Sharaf DG, investigations and staff to ensure that policies, procedures, and internal controls are designed and functioning effectively and efficiently to accomplish organizational goals.

• Led time and motion/ effort projects for the entire retail business to define the ideal time and effort required to perform a task which in return has resulted in saving the manpower requirement
• Implemented RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for UAE Retail arm and communicated it effectively to CxO level client stakeholders through the project management approach
• Participated in Six Sigma improvement projects - Unique Sim Outlet and Unique Activation Outlet and team functions - Continuous Improvement and Gemba Walk
