• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project scope and Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
• Preparation and reviewing and Monitoring daily site report for our and S/Cs scopes and report in daily basis to project director about project progress.
• Conducting Biweekly meeting with PM, Designer’s Consultant and Client’s representative in order to review design related issues, site progress matters procurement and Submittals status .
• Conducting regular coordination Meeting with subcontracts and discuss site related issues.
• Implementation of safety rules and regulation and attending daily Tool Box talk meeting and weekly safety meeting .
• Coordination with Technical Department for raising RFIs to consultant for design related issues and
• Coordination with Quality Control Department for raising material and work inspection request to consultant and sending NCRs to S/Cs .
• Updating project progress report and critical issues to planning department.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and filled
• Construction Project planning, phasing and sequencing including tender documents reviewing and analyzing .
• Preparation of technical and commercial submittals as per tender requirements Including project brief, required Bonds and insurances, …etc .
• Coordinating with planning and plant departments for preparing manpower histogram, staff deployment and PMV requirement of the project
• Calculation of project preliminaries and related costs.
• Prepartion for project site logistic plan & Value Engineering if required .
• Responding to post tender clarifications and queries

• Implementation of concrete quality control and ISO procedures (concrete ordering, pouring, curing and testing).
• Studying of shop drawings and specifications.
• Coordination with related department for shop drawings preperation.
• Planning and scheduling of manpower requirement.
• Material following up with stores and suppliers.
• Preparing Daily, weekly, Monthly target Plan and ensure that it shall be implemented at site .
• Monitoring site progress and quality by conducting daily individual inspections at site.
• Submitting WIR to consultant and conducting combined inspections with him .
• Preparing and implementing site logistic plan with coordination .
• Implementation of safety rules and regulations at the site and attanding Daily tool box and weekly safety meeting .
