• Assisting guests
regarding products professionally & knowledgeably.
• Training the new hired colleagues.
• In charge in cash transaction using POS (Point of Sale) system
• Complete checks and bankcard transactions according to established procedure.
• Dealing professionally with ofended guests about their queries and complaints.
• Handle machines & tools available in the outlet with care.
• Contribute to the increasing of sales through suggestive selling.
• Reporting directly to the F&B Team Leader
• Friendly and eficient Food and Beverage Service that meets the Guest's expectations.
• Handle guest complaints and queries professionally
• Use machines & equipment available in the restaurant with care.
• Perform a task of order taking and maximize the opportunities to up sell through product knowledge and suggestive selling. Ensure accuracy by repeating orders to the guests.
• Check ordered meals on collection on the kitchen and deliver to the guest promptly to maintain the temperature and appearance.
• Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service. Replenish stock in the stations with utensils, condiments, napkins and drinking cups.
• Clearing tables for customers and setting up for new arrivals.
