➢ Works very closely with Pre-Sales, BFM, Legal, Contracting, HR & Technical
teams. Do analysis of Open market/ Customer business and identify new
opportunities. Create proposals with business solution, estimation/ cost and
exhibit the same.
➢ Convert opportunities into Projects/ CRs. Create Statement of Work (SOW) &
Resource Levelling Sheet (RLS), demonstrate and ensure to get Sign-off/
Approval from authorized stakeholders.
➢ Deliver the necessary forecast for the resources and funding needed to achieve
the work plans, ensuring the right balance of internal to contractor ratio,
Resources Band ratio & Rookies ratio to increase margin.
➢ Develop resource competencies for smooth execution with increased
Operational Margin (OM).
➢ Encourage team to identify minimum 20% of development components and park
it in Crowd Sourcing (Top Coder) as challenges.
➢ Accountable for the successful delivery (on time, on budget, highest quality,
working software..) of all releases within agreed contract SLAs.
➢ Do review the project schedule and update Percentage of Completion (PoC) in
the system to recognize revenues in line with % of budgeted effort spent.
➢ Ensure to align with agreed standards and procedures for project management,
architecture direction, development standards, security requirements &
supportability and any state, federal and/ or regulatory agencies.
➢ Ensure that the business investor’s priorities are reflected in on-going systems
development plans and identify the risks & create mitigations plan for the same.
➢ Review team structure & competence with planed RLS and optimize the same to
increase OM.
➢ Works closely with account/ business stakeholders to establish regular releases
within a given planning year and provides input to a 3 to 5 year roadmap.
➢ Encourage the team to implement new innovative thoughts, automations and
deploy digital tools wherever feasible to reduce the operational cost and
increase the margin & quality of deliverables.
➢ Raise the invoices based on agreed payment schedules in SOW/ MSA (Master
Service Agreement).
➢ Based on future releases & planed roadmap, induct the team to learn required
technologies / attend cross skill trainings to achieve the targets.
