Iam worked in Under IMAR company As a Safety officer in Qatar Metro Rail Project.

Actively promote accident and fire prevention measures at project sites.
•To implement site safety rules and procedures as per specific project safety plan.
•To conduct routine site safety inspections and solve workplace safety problem.
•Conduct employee safety training /hazard communication on a regular basis .
•Investigate near misses, injuries or accidents to determine causes and
preventive measures.
•Maintain adequate stock of personal protective equipment (PPE).
•Ensure compliance of wearing PPE at work places.
•Make sure of proactive implementation of accident control measures.
•To prepare all HSE documentations & reports.
•Familiar with emergency response, firefighting & first aids.
•Conduct Safety Tool Box Meeting.
•Checking hot work permit, confined space entry permit, elevated work permit, excavation permit.
•Reminding all workers that the safety in the best policy and to target zero accident.
•Ensure all site HSE equipment is available, in good conditions in sufficient quantities for the labour force.
•Ensure Safety in Confined Spaces.
•Color coding of Tools & Tackles.
•Inspection and color coding of Fire Extinguishers.
•Training for the proper use of all class of fire extinguishers for relevant types of fires.
•Safety Orientation for New employees.
•Follow up with client ID Section for the ID of New Employees.
•Gas Testing.
•Ensure proper storage Barricading & Signage at relevant locations of the plant/ site.
•Ensure safe operation of construction equipment.
•Ensure safety during the handling and loading of chemicals.
•Ensure safety in all hot works like welding and grinding.
•Ensure proper housekeeping.
•Maintain proper interface with client, subcontractor and main contractors.
•Train employees regarding emergency response procedures
