A Good Knowledge of ERP & SAP system.
• Provide Product Application & service related trainings onsite as well as on workshop to Customer Staff.
• Perform service activities according to Palfinger Equipment policies and safety standards.
• Develop documentations for Crane service related issues and resolutions.
• Provide assistance and guidance to Technicians.
• Investigate and troubleshoot Electro-Hydraulic Crane service issues.
• Identify problems and record solutions for reference purposes.
• Educate customer representative about the product usage and maintenance.
• Procuring local mechanical, hydraulic goods for service & installation related issues if required.
• Coordinate with Palfinger Spare parts department regarding spare parts.
• Developed check lists for QC/QA Inspection Check list & ITP for Receiving, in process & PDI.
• Perform Load Tests for newly installed equipment’s to assure quality product.
• Develop QC Reports for Each & Every stage of Production stage.
• Coordinate with customers according to their Product delivery.
• Register newly sold Palfinger Products in Palfinger Extranet system.
• Coordinate with clients for spare parts & educate them according their requirement.
• Spare parts costing & sales if required
• Develop sales offer quotations of spare parts for clients.
• Request E-Claims for spare parts to Palfinger Headquarters for any defective part which need to be covered in warranty.
