• Daily reconciled the Firm’s open positions to advise Trade Desk on un-hedged positions in order to minimize the Firm's market risk.
• Led a firm-wide IT project to gather data on 10, 000 internal customer accounts and re-connect them to the correct business unit so the company's operational risk is minimized.
Key Achievement: Carried out detailed analysis of the trade-matching processes and successfully redesigned and implemented alternative procedures which halved the task completion time to 15 man-hours a day and increased the accuracy to nearly 100%.
