.Deposit utility, communication treasury and other payments in banks/Treasury.

. Maintain a proper routine schedule for cleaners for properly and
timely cleaning of the rooms, desks, bathrooms and office vicinity.

. Arrangements of departure & loading for official visits of officials &
others as required.
. Arrangements and booking in guest houses and hotels for officials and
guests as and when required.
