SWAP Project of Telenor Pakistan network from multivendor to single vendor end to end solution
Prepare and manage the scope of approved contract and variation works for installation and commissioning
Manage project briefs/scope of works signed off by Telenor Pakistan & ZTE
Track change and escalate potential variations to the Project Engineering/Design Team
Project status and milestone progress reporting and issue management
Ensure commissioning and practical completion activities are reported to the procurement manager to ensure contract and variation progress claims are processed as soon as possible

Node addition and configuration of BTS312, BTS3012, BTS3012 AE, DBS3900.
Responsible for BSS department activity execution.
POC for all the regional teams.
Assigning tasks to teams and ensuring that smooth implementation and performance is guaranteed.
Responsible for integration of new sites from equipment delivery to complete deployment, commissioning and handing over of sites to customer/O&M
Coordinating with teams for troubleshooting at site level.
Coordinating in Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) for the newly integrated sites and ensuring that all standards and SLAs have been met.
Inventory management for the project.
Working in close coordination with the customer for project implementation and providing weekly updates.
Full command over Huawei Internal E-Flow Systems, PR, PO, VR and VO’s.
Main responsibilities - Support the sales terms during engagements by providing advice and solutions or proposals optimized to meet customer requirements.
- Provide overall architecture, technical design, and business solutions based on coordination with vendors.
- Lead, manage, prepare and submit all tender(s) and quotation process: liaise and coordinate with vendors.
- Assisted sales in responding to sales related queries, functional and technical queries of RFIs and RFPs.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations setups of specific modules.
- Generate pre-sales support documents and demonstrate setups of specific modules.
- Follow-up on queries or clarifications received from potential clients. Responsiding in writing to customer requirements.
- Be up to date with latest technical/market knowledge
